This page provides public access to Working Papers and other documents created during the Airport Master Planning process. This page will be updated when new material is available for public use.
Working Paper #1. (Completed April 5, 2016) This Working Paper describes the goals of the Airport Master Plan Update, the design of the project, and the data references used.
Forecast Summary. (Completed July 22, 2016) This Forecast Summary contains information used by the FAA to approve the forecast of operations.
Working Paper #2. (Completed December 20, 2016) This Working Paper identifies all existing facilities on the Airport, as well as other data collected on the existing conditions at the Airport.
Working Paper #3. (Completed December 9, 2016) This Working Paper contains the FAA-approved forecast of operations, including the methodology used to generate the forecast.
FAA Forecast Approval Letter. (Received August 24, 2016) This letter was received from FAA, showing acceptance of the aviation forecast.
Working Paper #4. This Working Paper describes the size, number, and characteristics of the various facilities required to be constructed to meet the forecast demand.
Working Paper #5. This Working Paper will describe the development and evaluation of proposed alternatives, as well as the recommended alternative. The recommended alternative encompasses the proposed developments.
Working Paper #6. This Working Paper will identify the existing environmental conditions at the Airport and the potential environmental impacts of the proposed developments.
Working Paper #7. This Working Paper will be the Airport Layout Plan Narrative Report required by the FAA for approval of the proposed developments.
Working Paper #8. This Working Paper will outline the Financial Plan for funding the proposed developments.
Executive Summary Brochure. This document will be an executive summary of the final version of the Airport Master Plan Update.
Final Airport Master Plan Update. This document will be the final version of the Airport Master Plan Update.
Airport Layout Plan. The ALP will be a set of drawings that graphically depict current and future airport facilities. It is drawn to meet FAA requirements. The FAA must approve the ALP set before the FAA will fund any eligible project depicted in the drawings.
